The Office organizes and assists teachers to conduct academic exchange activities at home and abroad, organizes teachers to complete the application and initiation of various scientific and technological projects, and encourages and organizes teachers to complete the acceptance, appraisal, application for award, recordation, conversion and application for patents pertaining to results of scientific and technological projects. At the same time, the Office helps complete interim review, project completion, process management, review of fund usage and other work relating to various scientific and technological projects, and issues significant news, notices and related documents relating to scientific, technological and academic activities.
