As the window of cooperation and exchange with the  international universities, the Office mainly deals with day-to-day foreign exchange and reception, assists teachers to conduct international academic exchange and provides management services for teachers who visit foreign countries. At the same time, the Office helps foreign experts visiting China and takes on the duty to promote the development of cooperation programs and maintain sustainable cooperation.
